Melina is a self-proclaimed weirdo, a foodie, and a nerd. In a past life, she spent 17 years working in the Hospitality industry with a focus on all things Food & Service.  Now you can find her geeking out about anatomy and the myofascial system, integrating spiritual teachings with the ordinary of mundane life, creating some magic with kitchen alchemy, dancing like no one is watching, or often with her head buried in a good book. 

An infusion of western anatomical knowledge of the human body along with intuitive energy work can be integrated into your sessions. Insights into patterns of disharmony that are affecting the physical body can be harmonized through the use of hands-on applications, energy work, movement practices, herbal folk remedies & TCM Formulas, working with crystals, guided meditation, food & recipe suggestions, or perhaps a recommendation to clear & improve the conditions of your physical space. She uses this combination of her training and intuitive insight to provide you with a targeted and practical approach to best facilitate the healing process. She strives to assist her clients, family, and friends in achieving harmony and balance best suited for them.  Her understanding of both Eastern and Western medicines, and healing practices are harnessed to best serve you and the greater community.  

It is through the blending of many medicines: Western physical anatomy & Physiology, Eastern Traditional Chinese medicine and its meridian systems, the Chakra system, Afro Flow Yoga, and spiritual teachings & ceremony of the Indigenous First Nations that aid in her ever growing inter-dimensional perspective in healing facilitation. Through embodying this variety of international teachings, she has cultivated a unique ability to observe and converse with the subtle esoteric systems. Melina is able to intuit and communicate to her clients patterns of disharmony that extend far beyond the physical realm.
