Package Details: A 60 minute minimum per session. Sessions lengths can been booked for longer by 30 minute increments. Maximum session length without an intermission is 3 hours. Maximum discounted package offered is 10.

- (3) Follow-up Appointments (45-60 minutes)
- First follow-up session will be scheduled for 2 weeks after introductory meeting.
- You will have received your formulas and have been taking them for 1 week.
- Second follow-up session will be scheduled for 1-2 weeks after that.
- You will have been taking your formulas for 2+ weeks at which time we are going to discuss progress, and make adjustments if needed.
- Third follow-up session will be scheduled for 1-2 weeks after that.
- You will have been taking the formulas for a month, and we will continue to assess and adjust as you need.
- First follow-up session will be scheduled for 2 weeks after introductory meeting.

A general guideline is 1 year of disharmony calls for 1 month of treatment. As we treat both the symptoms and the root cause adjustments to your formulas may be required as you gain equilibrium. Additionally, we can assist our bodies to age more gracefully by using herbs to supplement our cultivation of Qi ~ energy from our breath and our food.
